Once again we’re catching up with all of our Handcrafters’ Holidays Meme posts. It’s been such fun to find new, favorite blogs, to learn more about your traditions and amazing gifts and to share the holidays with you. Now that many of your gift recipients have likely opened and enjoyed your handcrafted efforts be sure to add photos to our Handmade Holidays photo pool. We want to enjoy them too!

Handcrafters’ Holidays Meme
Cocoa made lots of handmade gifts and helped her twelve year old daughter sew several gifts too! She made some fantastic new pajamas for her kids, complete with stenciled tops (make some of your own with our Dress the Kids tutorials!). Cocoa also made these reversible bags, and plans to write a tutorial soon so you can make one of your own. Enjoy more from Cocoa on her blog, Chocolate On My Cranium.

Sarah writes, “I love spending time with my family, making gifts for them and most of all, the baking. I love to make anything sweet!” She had already made two hats, two scarves and a fleece blanket by early December. Enjoy Sarah’s blog, Sew Sarah, and see more of her work on her Flickr site.

More from our fellow handcrafters…
Mama K made some darling aprons for the holidays and also worked hard on this amazing doll for her son. She has some gift compilation ideas on her blog, Confessions of a Stash Junkie, and sells handcrafted goods in her Mama K Creations shop. She also sells kid items which are not handmade at Non-Toxic Tots so you can take a look around and spend some of your holiday money!

Stacy from These Busy Needles… will soon post pictures of all of the holiday knitting she did for family members (now that they’ve received their gifts!). She somehow managed to create all sorts of holiday gift goodness amidst the remodeling they’re doing on their house, including a Veggie Tales fabric bag for her daughter from Mary Beth’s tutorial in our Lunch Bag compilations.

Troye has put a new embroidery machine to good use, making great crayon caddies, a football “run through sign” with a big Georgia “G” on it and these coffee cozies with matching bags (fought over in a “cut throat” gift exchange game!). Nessa has a truly appreciative significant other who always “opens whatever I’ve made and immediately puts it on, or carries it around to show off.” 90% of her gifts were handmade this year (with books going to the 10% who don’t fully appreciate handcrafted efforts), and one of her favorite gifts to give are socks.     I wanted to make so many things this year, but unfortunately time got away. I did however make 2 coffee cozy’s. They turned out really nice and I gave one to a co-worker for a gift.
