Baby Mia is 3 months old and in the Seattle Children’s Hospital where she’s been since birth awaiting a heart transplant. She is one of 8 babies on the heart donor list at that hospital.     Very nice. I am a violist in a professional symphony and those fingerless gloves are a favorite in the string section. A really easy way to make them if you don’t have a sweater to cut up is to sew a tube of fleece that will fit your arm and then cut a slit for your thumb. I just made myself a pair that way but I lined them with cotton knit so that they would breath better. I think these would also be great for kids in cold climates to wear under their gloves to avoid that cold gap between the glove and the coat sleeve.
