Give-Aways, Sew-Alongs and Other Announcements

We get a lot of email from people who want us to help them promote their give-aways, contests and sew-alongs.  We love to help when we can, but our blog calendar is usually planned well in advance.  We thought we’d try Twitter for these updates though.  See the new Twitter link in the sidebar?  You’ll see new Tweets there, plus you can follow them on Twitter.  If you have an announcement you’d like us to include, here’s what to do: Send an email to Subject line Tweet Write a very brief announcement.  Try to use the third person so we can just copy and paste.  Don’t forget to include a link.  (For example, “The Rusty Stitcher is having an apron sew-along starting February 1.  Sign up at”)  We have a maximum 140 characters to work with. We look forward to helping you promote your projects! Sew,Mama,Sew! shop Sew,Mama,Sew! blog Sew,Mama,Sew!...
