Featured Creativity

We spend a lot of time browsing through the Sew,Mama,Sew! photo pool. With over 40,000 items, sometimes we like to search for examples of recent favorite patterns or collections. Have you made something beautiful with Wonderland? Pretty Please? Hello Betty? Tag your photos with fabric and pattern info! We spend a lot of time in the forum too; we love the “Look What I Made!” category. Here are a few items from the pool:

Oliver + S Birthday Dress & Weekend Sewing Bloomers by Sara, sara.cali

Sara used the Oliver + S Birthday Dress pattern for this gift, and modified the pattern to use snaps in the back instead of buttons.

Perfect Spring Blanket by Heather, Shivaya Naturals

Heather used organic batting and Amy Butler fat quarters to lift her family’s spirits in recent cold, gray days with this beautiful blanket. Learn more about the quilt on Heather’s Shivaya Naturals blog.

Ruffle Top by Brittney, brittney

Brittney used some Heather Bailey fabric from her stash for this ruffle top. She’s been saving it for something special and loves how this turned out. Now she can’t wait to make more ruffle tops!

Buttercup Bag by Kate, sweet potato pie

Kate enlarged the Buttercup Bag pattern from Made by Rae 130% and used Good Folks fabric for her new bag.

Skirt by Tracy, Racey Tae

Tracy used Woodland Wonderland and some Heather Bailey fabric to complete this cute skirt.

Flower Power Quilt by Jamie, Sweet Baby Jamie

Jamie used Flower Power from Jennifer Paganelli for this quilt (love the Zebra binding!). For a view of the complete top take a peek at Jamie’s Flickr stream.

Ruffle Top by Vanessa, knit, too!

We had to include one more ruffle top; this version from Vanessa leaves out the ruffles and uses Amy Butler fabric. Beautiful!
