This month has been great, I have enjoyed reading each post. Thank you all. It has been a difficult month due to some family illness’s and I have not had much time to sew but this website has allowed me to keep my mind still engaged in sewing.

    Have a great day.

My 1970 Singer Futura has evolved from sewing mostly clothing in the 70’s – 90’s to mostly quilting in this new century. My life story could probably be best told from the perspective of this machine. It’s taken a lot of abuse and is still going strong to serve my needs, but I am considering the purchase of a machine specifically designed for quilters with some of the great features for quilters. Is there a list somewhere that provides all of the possible features and functions that are available for quilters? A comparison matrix listing which machines provide which features and functions would be great.
