Clown Costume by Nhi, phannhib

Nhi writes, “This was the first Halloween costume that I made and it was fun making it for my daughter. She loved it and enjoyed being a clown for a day!” Have you dipped into the scrap basket and your closet for Halloween costumes this year? Don’t miss the Handmade Halloween photo pool (be sure to check out Super Martian Robot Girl!).

This is our last daily Scrap Buster for the month. We’ll share Scrap Buster Tutorial Contest winners tomorrow & tell you all about our big Handmade Holidays III plans too! Tell us about your Halloween costumes & decorations (scrappy or not) in the comments…

I used left over fabric for my daughter’s costume as well – she was Minnie Mouse this year. I love the fabric you used for this and I bet your little girl looked so cute!

What a cute costume! We aren’t dressing up this year (Halloween isn’t really celebrate in Austria), but last year I made a Phantom of the Opera costume for my dog. http://www.flickr.com/photos/9541469@N05/2993406434/
