Max & Matilda Gocco Dolls by Brandi, Popsie Daisy

These little guys can hide a love note in a pocket on the back of the pillow. Max & Matilda were drawn by hand and then printed with a Print Gocco. Brandi sells Max, Matilda and more hand-crafted items at Popsie Daisy.

You could make your love a One-Hours Softie for Valentine’s Day. Here are some more softie resources too.

Oh, I get it. At first I thought these were tiny little love softies to stick in someone’s pocket. ala lucky penny or pretty little rock. But now I see that they are pillows with little pockets on the back to hide love notes in. Brilliant!

And also, I love Valentine’s Day – there’s only commercial pressure on your relationship if you let it be there. My husband and I just laugh and laugh at the jewelry commercials this time of year.

I hate valentine’s day…infact, most of my girl friends agree that is a horrid wasteful commercial holiday. Our men give of lots of love year round without the added pressure of another hallmark holiday. And talk about feeling alone when you are single…worst day of the year. So Sew Mama Sew – from me and my friends “GIVE IT A REST” with the valentine’s crafts and move onto more useful and interesting things!!!!!!
