I have to say, I wasn’t too excited when I saw that this upcoming month would be quilting month. I’ve never made one and they frighten me. (Of course that could be because I didn’t learn how to make my sewing machine sew straight stitches for, oh, about three years!) (No, I don’t like to ask for directions.) Anyway, after seeing this post I am starting to get excited about quilting month and I may just make one of my own! Thanks Sew, Mama, Sew!!

I am so excited! It was the first quilt month that got me interested in quilting. I don’t know where to go beyond one print and coordinating solids. This is going to be great!

It’s going to be more of a lap quilt because I thought this would be fun–it is, but also a lot of TURNING going on in my machine:/ Can’t wait to see the results!
