  309. Heather L says:

Well, it’s pouring rain today and where is my jacket? At home in the hall closet! It’s a boring old jacket though so maybe that’s why I easily forgot it! I’d love the Rainy Days pattern to make myself a rain coat I’d never leave behind in the inclement weather! :)

  464. “Sewing Bits and Pieces” gets my vote. I have so many “this is just too cute to throw away” pieces, I NEED HELP getting them used up.

I’d take small stash shewing or the little splashes pattern in heartbeat. Okay–who am I kidding, I’d take any of these great prizes in a heartbeat, but if you’re going to make me choose…I’d narrow it down to these 2!

Oh this is a hard one… but think the bits and pieces book since I have tons of scrap from 2-3 quilts I am working on in fact I am close to filling up a stoage tub with scraps!.. so yes.. I think that would indeed fit the bill!

    Maddie

  478. Celeste says:

Small Stash Sewing looks like so much fun!

  479. Rochelle says:

Those AB raincoat patterns are delicious. I’ve been wanting to make myself a raincoat from all the great new oilcloth.

  496. Liz says:

I would love to have either book. I like to use fat quarters a lot since its a chance to use some more expensive fabric at a reasonable cost. I also have lots of scraps so the first book is also a great idea. I make bibs, coffee cozies, purses, kids clothes and have lots of little pieces of great fabric, but no ideas on what to do with them.

  497. Lynnette says:

Either of the raincoat patterns! I have been looking for some rain gear for my kids.

  498. Brooke says:

Small Stash Sewing! I usually love several fabrics within a line or collection and it’s easier on my pocketbook to buy fat quarters or quarter yards. This book is so what I need to give me more project ideas.

I would love Small Stash Sewing because I am a beginner and this seems appropriate for me. :o)

  503. Chrissy says:

I would love Small Stash Sewing! I love quick projects where I can use what’s left in my fabric stash!

  507. Susan says:

“Sewing Bits and Pieces” is like just what I need to reach my goal of organizing my sewing room/guest room. While I have my larger yardage assigned to various patterns or stowed away, I have bits of this and pieces of that I can’t bear to toss. I know those small pieces are just what I need, and this sounds like a book that can tell me what I need them for!

  508. Bonney says:

I love that small stash sewing book! Maybe I could clean out my sewing corner. All those pieces with no purpose and no idea what to do with but absolutely too good to throw!! Amy Butler is always a winner!

I’d love to win either book, I’ve been eyeing them for a while!

The small stash sewing- so I can use up some of my stash

  523. Amy says:

What a great set of giveawasy! Small stash sewing looks right up my alley!!! I’m new to all this and my stash is, well… small :-)

  524. Susie says:

Oh I’d love Sewing Bits and Pieces! I’ve been stalking my library for its arrival (nothing yet)… Two of my all-time favorite patterns are from Sandi’s portabellopixie line, so I am super excited to see her ideas for all the glorious scraps I can’t bear to part with! 765. amyt says:

The world would be a better place if I owned Sewing Bits and Pieces, and here is why:

I work a four-hour shift every Saturday morning at a small drycleaning and alterations shop. I don’t do alterations myself, so they just pay me minimum wage to man the counter. I do, however, have free access to the sewing machines and serger on premises and often find myself with 20-minute lulls in between customers. I also have access to PILES of itty-bitty fabric scraps, mostly the bottoms of pant legs. I can think of no greater honor for these unwanted dregs than to be made into something beautiful and fashionable.

    Cheers,

    Amy

  834. Lin says:

Oh boy, what a hard choice. I could use them all. But, if I had to choose it would have to be either “Small Stash Sewing or Sewing Bits & Pieces”. We recently moved from the city to the country. I thought that I would somehow have more time for projects but with 2 kids, 4 dogs, 5 cats, 60 acres, more weeding than I want to confront, & a 200+ year old house that needs help; I just don’t have time for big projects. It would be nice to sit for a few precious moments and actually finish something. LOL.

  835. Hello fabulously sewing Mamas. I am torn as to which of these items I’d love to win more, but I think I’d have to go with Sewing Bits and Pieces. I’m just terrible about keeping my scraps. Because I sew mostly whole garments, I never know what to do with a little bit of something. So, sadly, most of my bits end up IN THE TRASH! I know… I’m a bad, bad girl. Perhaps if I had a book full of ideas for those pieces I’d hang on to them.

  836. Sue says:

The coats I currently wear I bought way back when I was a teen and worked at camp for the summer, needless to say they don’t look that great with a skirt! Coat-making is at the top of my sewing to-do list this summer.

  859. Claudia says:

  935. Small stash sewing cause I like small and fast projects !!!

I’d love the Rainy Days pattern. I’d love to make my own raincoat. I’d also love the kids pattern. It’s a toss up for me!!

How delightful! I have a box full of scraps I’ve been meaning to use. “Sewing Bits and Pieces” would be great.
