We hope you enjoyed Make It, Wear It! It was fun to organize. Thanks again to our many wonderful contributors!
The past two weeks we’ve been busy receiving amazing new collections! Check these out.
Gorgeous new prints from Kaffe Fassett. (That pencil fabric comes in blue too!)
Far, Far Away II by Heather Ross for Kokka. This time it’s printed on a lovely linen/cotton blend. Our favorite fairytales, all in one fabric collection.
Spa by Rosemarie Levin. Cool, relaxing colors and sophisticated prints that are just as nice as a day at the spa, but last much longer.
New Crossweaves from Moda. The warp and weft threads are slightly different colors, which adds dimension and interest to a “solid”.
Urban Landscapes by Kathy York. These are really interesting, unique prints. Add some to your stash and we think you’ll be surprised at how fun it is to mix them with other prints to add a pop of color.
Speaking of color…Hello, summer! Daisy Dance from Michael Miller. Hurry, these are already getting gobbled up. (Oh gingham, how we love thee!)
You’ve all heard about City Weekend, the new fabric from Oliver + S which is due out in September. Gorgeous! Dream On is a simply magnificent group from Urban Chiks which puts a fresh spin on all those vintage sheets you’ve been coveting. (OK, some of them are exactly the same as the sheets you’ve been coveting. But nicer. 100% Cotton. New. Stain-free.) Yardage isn’t available on either of these groups yet, but we have a limited number of cut goods–charm packs (5″ squares) and layer cakes (10″ squares.)
Great, huh? How would you like to take your pick? We’ll give away one yard of fabric to 5 people, plus one City Weekend charm pack and one Dream On charm pack to two different winners (seven winners altogether.) To qualify, you have to click one of the links above (or head straight to the New section of the shop,) take a look around and tell us exactly which print or charm you would choose. Anything from the whole store.
Have a great weekend, everyone! Don’t be like my brother and burn the house down. (Ok, it was only the back of the house and he was only 12. Still.)
PS–Look for Make It, Wear It! prize winners tomorrow!
