In case you missed it:

We received three gorgeous fabric collections this week.

Cottage Garden

Cottage Garden by Jill Gordon for Rowan

From what we’ve been told, Jill Gordon is a protoge of Kaffe Fassett, so could be called the newest member of the Kaffe Collective.  The big, bold bright designs are full of amazing color and beautiful shapes.  We can’t wait to see these prints in sewing projects!

Giselle Collage

Giselle by Jessica Gonacha Swift for Red Rooster Fabrics

Wowee!  We’re in love with this super cool group by Jessica Gonacha Swift. So unique, so pretty, so pink!  It is the first collection we’ve bought from Red Rooster Fabrics and we’re hoping it’s a sign of great things to come from them.

Party Dress

Party Dress by Mo Bedell for Blue Hill Fabrics

Alright, I have to do a little name dropping.  I’m very proud to say I know the designer of Party Dress, Mo Bedell.  Mo and I first became friends a few years ago when she won a Free Fabric Friday!  Now I get to hang out with this fun, talented woman every other week at sewing circle.  I adore Mo, but her collection, Party Dress, wins a front-of-the-shop spot on its own accord–beautiful colors and original, versatile prints.  Check out all the great things Mo and her friends made for Quilt Market, and don’t miss the Easy Patch Pockets Tutorial and Hanging Vase Tutorial that she did for us. Congratulations, Mo!  Now go grab some Party Dress quick, everyone, because these prints came on short bolts!

Want a yard of fabric of your choice?  Tell us what you’ve been sewing lately and you might be one of 6 people to win!

Still, I love it. It’s a combo of Sandi Henderson’s Market prints–a lot of different stripes, all very bright–and some Michael Miller florals. I’d love to win more fabric now that I’ve used those pieces up!
