  63. Jessica says:

I bought the whole thing about a month ago when a close friend was expecting. I put together little plastic baggies with the pattern for one letter, a 12×12 piece of white linen, and an embroidery needle in each. Then I gave her the whole stack of them, and instructed her to give them out to close friends and family. I also included an instruction sheet in each explaining that they were to purchase some embroidery floss in their choice of colors, complete the pattern on the included linen (the patterns are VERY simple), take a photo of themselves with the finished piece – and then mail them to me. Once I get them all returned, I’m going to piece them together into a quilt for her & her baby.

    She absolutely adored the idea!
