Im doing a school project and its on “african animals a to z”?
I can’t wait to try this. I am just learning to sew (with the help of my brilliant mother) and I’m always thankful for simpler patterns to try out. So cute!
I’ve tried paper piecing before but not had such good results! LOL I’m tempted to try again with this cute pattern!
Nor am I a quilter but this looks doable. I love butterflies and this one is so nice – I want to embroider antennae on it though! :>)

I have been scared to start taking up quilting, but this is so cute and simple that I think I will start with this project.
I love this butterfly. My grandchildren go to a school which has the monarch butterfly as an emblem. I can’t wait to make them some shirts with this butterfly on them.
