    I’m not sure it’s possible for me to love Trees Cream and Market Stalls Pastel any more than I already do – they are simply adorable! I went through an anti-pastels phase for several years, but that time is passed. There are just too many awesome pastel designs out there.

    I. *just* sewed several of the Oliver and S bucket hats– this post makes me feel like I’m really hip to the zeitgeist (ha!). Very happy with how they turned out, using vintage pillowcases for fabric and a flannel baby blanket for the interfacing. Just stiff enough, and won’t get wonky in the wash.

    I love the Oliver and S bucket hat! I made one for each of my girls last summer, with some Disney prints, little mermaid on one side Minnie mouse on the other. Sadly, the older daughter has outgrown her’s (and it was already the biggest size!) and I think I’ll have to figure out how to make a bigger one. Love the idea for making a wider brim…might do that as well. 🙂
