Sara from Craft Snob created this easy PDF tutorial for you to protect your sunglasses or eyeglasses. These would make a quick and fun gift too! You can learn more about Sara in her introduction. Download your free Easy Sunglasses Case PDF Tutorial and have fun with the project!

As with most summer days, the hot sun is out which means so are my shades. I never leave home without my sunglasses, but the more I use them the more they get abused (like scratches). Plus, for sake of any excuse to smile, I recommend carrying a splash of “pretty” everywhere you go. Hence your new “Looks like a clutch… Sunglasses Case” made specially for Sew Mama Sew readers. Now, you and I can protect our shades while feeling pretty!

As a mom of four, time is of the essence. One of my favorite bits about this case is that it opens from either end with Velcro closures. Yay for saving a few seconds here and there with double access! You could also use snaps instead. I created a download of the pattern so you can print and take it on-the-go. Isn’t every mom constantly on-the-go?

Here are some of the necessary details before getting started:

Finished Dimensions:
8 ½” long x 3 ½” wide
