Sewing Inspiration: Negroni

on August 15 | in Sewing Inspiration | by | with Comments Off

We have another great Negroni to share with you today! Sarah Ross from Dilettante Homemade says, “This is probably the single best pattern I have ever used; I really rave about the pattern in my blog post about this shirt.” She used a buffalo check flannel that has held up well so far…

Sarah writes,

“I don’t sew for my husband very much, but he loves it when I do. I picked the Negroni because I had heard such great things about Colette Patterns but had never tried them. This pattern was fantastic! And what’s better than some cozy flannel when there’s a chill in the air? These two blog posts pretty much cover my experience sewing this project.

I also used the leftover fabric to make my daughter a matching tunic, and they love wearing them together!”

Don’t forget!: You can make a Negroni by September 10 and enter it in our Super Online Sewing COMMUNITY Match for a chance to win lots of great prizes. There’s even a discount code for the pattern here.
