Liberty Pillow Challenge

We love a good challenge… What could be better than getting gorgeous Liberty Stile collection fabrics in the mail with the challenge to make a beautiful pillow?! Eight members of our Contributor Community used these Liberty Art Fabrics to make something new and special. You’ll love this week’s Liberty pillows from Kara of me and elna, Amy from Amy Made That!, Rumi from 3patchcrafts, Hannah of Sew Adorable Fabrics, Deborah from Whipstitch, Kaye of Miss Print, Shanna from Fiber of All Sorts and Beki from artsy-craftsy babe.

Kaye designed this “Welcome to the Neighborhood” pillow and shares the step-by-step tutorial at from Miss Print.

Kaye’s Welcome to the Neighborhood Liberty Pillow

Kaye writes, “This little pillow uses all eight of the Liberty prints I was sent, plus a few solids, to create a little gathering of sketchy applique houses! This tutorial is more about the applique than the specific dimensions of the pillow itself so you can feel free to make it any size you’d like…”

Just look at Kaye’s pretty stack of Liberty Stile prints!

See more pillows in our first challenge post and check out the Liberty Craft Blog for more Liberty inspiration. Do you want to participate in a future fabric or pattern challenge? Sign up for our newsletter and/or follow us on Facebook.
