    I love bright, colorful, hexy projects – they’re so vibrant! And those beginner sewing kits are great gift ideas – I’ve been in a sewing frenzy the last month or so and a lot of friends ask me to teach them, but for someone who just has sewing in their veins from family, I’m always a bit dumbfounded because I’m not sure anyone really ever taught *me* in the first place! I always learn by doing, and my mother and grandmother and aunts always sewed, so it was just second nature to pick it up.
