Our next Inspiring Quilter is Cath from Wombat Quilts

Cath’s Rainbow I Spy Quilt

Debbie writes, “Just one little peek at Wombat Quilts, and you know Cath loves color and is not afraid to show it! Another thing you’ll discover pretty quickly is her affinity for paper-piecing. Like… Wow. She’s a sure resource for both patterns and expertise. If you want to learn paper-piecing or expend your skills, take note!”

Cath loves her Sunburnt Country quilt. (And we do too!)

Here is a link to Cath’s free paper-piecing patterns. You’ll also want to take a look at Cath’s finished quilts, her 2014 To Do list and her tutorials.

Every day this month Debbie from A Quilter’s Table joins us with an Inspiring Quilter! Learn more about Debbie in our first post of the series, and follow her on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and Flickr.

This series is sponsored by Fat Quarter Shop. Fat Quarter Shop sells Moda fabric, quilting fabric, quilt kits and more, including free quilt patterns.

Love your quilts! Best of luck on all those 2014 goals. I aim to baste a Briar Rose quilt by Wednesday but couldn’t bear to throw away some of my scraps that are all slightly different shaped triangles. The urban chicks quilt gave me an idea on how to use them. Super grateful for the idea.
