Quilt Market Snapshots: Alison Glass

on May 31 | in Reporting From... | by | with 8 Comments

Although I did get a few other photos of their fabric lines, for modern fabric lovers, the Andover at booth Pittsburgh Quilt Market was all about Alison Glass. Her very lovely Field Day line of fabrics is getting ready to ship to stores very soon. Additionally, Andover unveiled a new collection of hand-stamped, hand-dyed fabric called Alison Glass Handcrafted.

Thanks so much for the fabric shots, I saw a ton of the booth, but none of the fabric, so it is good to see that too!

The best thing about this post for me is that quilt with the airplane and the different colored quilting threads. Very evocative. I know it’s not the point of the post, but it’s what I’m taking out of it. And I can’t even really verbalize what I’m taking out of it but it’s there and that’s the point so thanks!
