Jessica Ween from A Making Life loves to quilt and design patterns. She fills her days with her three children and lots of creative fun. Stop by A Making Life for a look at all of that creativity, from quilting classes to “pretend making” (of the fabric design sort), new quilts and soft toys. You can find more from Jessica on Facebook and Instagram, and she’s up next here with a fun summer picnic project!
From Jessica: I have been making since I was small and can’t seem to stop! I have studied shoe making, design, craft, art and I love it all. These days I am a mum to three busy, creative and energetic kids. I find our days are happiest when we fill them to the brim with making. I love to sew, knit, crochet, spin, draw, bake and garden, but my favorite making is quilting and sewing soft toys. I have been selling sewing patterns for many years and I still get excited when someone uses one of my patterns and shares a picture of their project with me! As well as some great patterns you can buy, I have lots of lovely free patterns too. From quilts to soft toys and play food to bags and purses there is something you want to make right now. I have just released a new e-book called Super Dress-Ups. It is full of super simple and super fun costumes to make for your kids/grandkids/cousins/friends. Come for a visit and sign up to our newsletter for the first word on new patterns and other fun!
