One Response to Super Online Sewing Match II: Everything You Need to Know

  1. I learned to sew at about 9 years old through 4 H Club. Our first project was an apron. Sewing became a passion for me and by the time I was teenager I made almost all my own clothes. I was mostly self taught although I took Home Economics as well. Then in college I began to make gowns/cocktail dresses for myself and others. When I was married and we bought our first house I progressed to curtains, pillow and shower curtains. Of then when I had children I made all their clothes. In the past 10 years I have knit more than I sew but still enjoy sewing. I have a Pfaff 2147 sewing/embroidery machine, a Janome MC 4100 and a Janome Serger.
