    Hello ,
    I have just purchased this pattern and it will be here shortly. Has anyone tried this yet ? Is it fairly straightforward to make ? I have made purses and housewares but not clothing items and I am wondering if this is way too ambitious a project for a first-timer ?
    I have the Cabo halter and the Juliet Tunic coming as well . I should probably start with those !

      I haven't made this coat so I can't give you any pointers but I just looked at it online.   It will take a bit of skill and patience to make the collar and cuffs.  I suggest using an inexpensive fabric for your first try just to get gain experience.  Good luck.
