    My mother asked me to make her a Bible cover for her birthday.  I have a very simple book cover on my own Bible, but she wanted something with handles and a pocket for her study guide.  So...after a lot of sketching and measuring and testing out ideas, this is what I came up with: (this is my first time trying to post photos - hope it works!)





    After making hers, I made a simpler one for me using the fabric I won from SMS (yay!  I LOVE this fabric!)  This one was easier as I basically just copied the one that I already had (which was in definite need of replacing!) and added some handles.  Here (hopefully) are the pics.

            Very nice! Love the fabric.  I was just thinking yesterday about trying to make myself a Bible cover. I'm gonna try it out now.

              Andi they are awesome!  Great job!  I especially like the white/green fabric one.  I hope you do a tutorial for the book covers.  Cheesy
