Infant (9/12/18mo) patterns (for boys)

 
I am trying to find either an online/free pattern or one that I can go to my local shop and buy, of an infant button-up or snap-up shirt for NOT KNIT fabric, AND I would also like to find a sleeper in the same size that snaps up (preferrably) down the middle and in between the legs (like an upside down Y) (knits ok). I've seen a few patterns forsleepers but they snap down one side, making one leg have to be fought into the sleeper, KWIM?

Can any of you mamas point me in the right direction?

ETA: I should clarify, that I amy looking for Boys' clothing. I can find nothing but girly patterns
