American Girl Doll Measurements?

    American Girl Doll Measurements?

    Hi ladies! I'm a regular on the SMS flickr group, but new here!

    I'm hoping someone out there can help me with the chest, waist, and length from underarm to knee measurements for an American Girl doll. I know they're 18 inches, and I do have some doll clothes patterns, but I want to make a couple of things from my own patterns.

    I'm making a wardrobe for my niece's doll for her birthday!

      Check here: http://www.knitting-and.com/knitting/tips/doll-sizes.htm as it has measurements for all the popular dolls!  What a great gift for your niece!  Make sure to post pictures when you are done!

          Wow! I want to say thanks for this as well. My daughter is getting one for her birthday and I wanted to make it a couple of outfits before it got here.
