Bobbins for Bernina Artista 180

I just inherited my grandmother's Bernina (yay) but it came with almost no accessories (boo) and I have only a few bobbins to work with. My local Bernina dealer (Philly) does not carry bobbins for this model and says he can't order them.  Any suggestions for me?

You can order bobbins from here: http://www.sewingmachinesplus.com/bernina-bobbins.php  It helps if you know which style you need.  I can tell you that it is important to have the right bobbin or you can run into all kinds of trouble.  I tried using some cheapy bobbins in my Brother machine and kept having problems, but as soon as I dished out the big bucks for the right bobbins it has been smooth sailing.

Thanks for the tip momsmess.  Unfortunately they don't seem to carry the model I need (Rotary Bobbin 006 026 5200) which is apparently unique to the Artista 180 and a couple other Bernina models.  Anyone else?

Sorry those weren't the right bobbins!  Hope you can find some soon.

I use the same bobbins I use for my Bernina Artista 200. Those are readily available. You can visit www.berninausa.com to locate a dealer. Most are happy to do mail order.
