Stiffy interfacing

    Stiffy interfacing

I used an interfacing called Stiffy made by Long Creek Mills & just wanted to let everybody know about it. It only cost me $1.29 peryard & shipping was very fast. Its made as an replacement to Timtex. I made 2 purses with it instead of Ultrafirm. I'm so happy with it. You must buy 35 yards or more to get it for $1.29 but so worth it if you make alot of purses or boxes or things that need stiff interfacing.

Thanks for letting us know. I'd just like to say stay away from Pellon Craft Fuse. I'd forgotten it was posted on Amy Butler's guide to interfacing but I totally forgot and used it on a bag I made. It's terrible and it bubbles. If anyone knows any good alternative for Australian's who don't get Timtex or any mentioned US products PLEASE let us know!!!

Thank you so much!  I use Peltex for the "outside" purse & this is a cheaper alternative.  I'm going to order a whole bolt right now.   Grin I know I'll go through it before long... Roll Eyes *purse addict*
