    Do I need Flickr to post a photo??

    I have Picasa for photo editing and I don't know how to post a photo??  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

      I use photobucket & copy the link to here. I think you can use whatever photo hosting site that you want.

        No, you simply need the URL- which is the photo's web location.  I'm not familiar with Picasa, but it you have the image on the web and you can find it's address then you should be able to post it here.  Once you find the URL, copy and paste in between the img boxes in your post. (The img boxes are put in your post when you click the "Insert Image" icon above...)
