Just finished writing up a tutorial for the mixer cover I made my mom about a year ago.  Enjoy! Smiley

Very nice! Years ago I made covers for all the appliances that sat on the shelf under the breakfast bar. The mixer, gigantic bagel toaster, it was a ton of measuring and seam ripping!

How sweet! That reminds me of the dustcovers my mom made for her appliances years ago. They were white with daisies on them and maybe some yellow trim? I still have the one that fits on the rice cooker because I inherited the rice cooker. I think she made them out of an old sheet.

You've inspired me to add that to my to-do list, new dustcovers for the kitchen stuff. I've been trying to think of a way to incorporate some fun color into our black and white kitchen.
