Wallet pattern
on: August 10, 2008, 01:32:11 PM
Looking for a wallet pattern to make out of the scraps from the purse I've already made. Want one with more than just one pocket. Maybe even slots to put drivers license & credit cards? Thanks in advance!

I found several tutorials:
http://sewing.about.com/od/bagstotespurseproject/ss/clothwallet.htm
- has a pattern pdf for printing and the wallet has a credit card section and a coins section. The instruction are pretty detailed.

- (wallet/organizer) - this one has pictures and pattern info in .jpg-s. The link is to the tutorial post, you can scroll up and see the finished thing with more pictures and how it's used.

- three fold wallet. It has pictures of the finished wallet and instructions on how to make it.

- two fold wallet with pictures of the steps and instructions on how to it
I found these via Google and

I tired this one recently:

I didn't use interfacing and it turned out a bit flimsy. Also I felt the pockets were too big and will make them a little less wide next time.
