I finished the PJs for my daughter! It was a big deal for me since I'm very new to sewing and I blogged about it several times - but here is the recap. I've enjoyed checking out all the cute styles everyone has made!

How funny! Just last week I made a nightgown for my daughter Chloe using a free tute from SMS!  I even blogged about it already...

      http://carolinafair.blogspot.com/2009/09/chloes-nightgown.html

It is a blouse pattern re-defined. I'm really happy with the way it turned out, and so is she. Now I just have to make the blouse for myself...

I am so happy about this sew along. Every year I let my kids pick out fleece and flannel to make them there personal PJ's. They love it!! So, I am 1 down and 3 to go, so thanks for the motivation. I am also very impressed with what others have done.

I am using a its so easy simplicity pattern.

My son has been begging me for a robe for eons, so I made him one for his birthday last week.

He's big into all things Asian right now, so I'm glad that Alexander Henry seems to be as well!!

It is my own pattern and I'm working on other sizes as well.

Next up is a pair of pj pants for my other little guy from this ankle biter pattern: http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=31490099

I have finished a nightgown for my daughter and posted photos and comments on Flickr.
The pattern I used is [burda 9766].

Blogged at http://arunsnote.xrea.jp/log/eid160.html [sorry, in Japanese]

It is nice to sew pjs by myself as I can arrange whatever it makes pyjamas comfortable (and fun!).
I will try a few more pjs for the coming season for my daughter as well as for me!

              I've never done this before. Hope i'm not too late to join in the fun! I just blogged about my son's new pj's here;

              http://bigpurpledragon.wordpress.com/2009/09/27/new-pjs-at-last/

It's given me a prod to think about new nightwear for myself too. I'm on the lookout for a nightdress pattern now!

I love the new look of the site. It's so much easier to find things too!  Wink

I have a few pjs to show that I just made this month.  I don't have a blog so can I just post a flickr or photobucket link and discuss the pattern?

                  Thanks Smiley

Whew!  I finally finished! (Other projects kept getting in the way.)

I used McCalls 5744 as a starting point, but I mostly just winged it.

                    I blogged about it here:

                    http://mommyoffive.wordpress.com/2009/09/27/seeing-spots/

                    Pictures are toward the bottom.

This was fun - I love seeing everyone's cute ideas!

Those are THE cutest matching pj's I think I've ever seen.  I'm going to cut a nightie for my daughter tonight and hopefully stitch it up in time to make the deadline.  I'm going to do a little nightie out of some white cotton using McCall's 4505.  It should go quickly.  Also, I just posted a giveaway for a pattern with a cute little slip that would make a sweet little nightie on my blog http://www.neurosesgalore.com.  It's way too late for the sew-along but if you're going to keep working on pj's you might be interested.

Yay, I just finished my pjs in time for the sew-along! I used Simplicity pattern 2821, although I only did the bottoms. I love the fabric I used - Goodnight Monkey in flannel. Check it out!

I hope I'm still in time for the party!  After a very busy month I finally finished my PJ's.  I used two different McCalls patterns.  The bottoms are from a PJ pattern, but I used a shirt pattern for the top (I find flannel tops too hot).  This was the first time I have ever sewn something using a knit - AND - I was inspired by hand-sewing month to add embroidery to the sleeves (I've never done embroidery before, but it was fun!)  Pictures are here:  http://laundryontheline.wordpress.com/2009/09/30/pajama-party/

Barely coming in under the wire here but I did it.  I'm not thrilled with the outcome because I don't love the fabric but live and learn right?  You can check it out here:

One more pajama finished.  Here's all my pajamas links in one spot. I didn't get to my Kwik Sew 3527 in time for the sew along but it's still on my to-do list.

Pajamas are my favorite thing. Monogramed pajamas.

I've just finished up 3 pairs and posted about it on my blog.  Thanks for getting this Pajama Party started.  It was just what I needed to get them finished!
