New and need help!

Hi Im new here and have a question for you. Ihave a brother SE-350 I   have a ruffler attachment that i got from a fabric store. I have used it 1 time before in this brother...for the life of me I can not get it t do right now...i have it attached but the neddle is to far to the left so when I put the needle down it lands on the attachment it doesnt go down the slot like it should..does that make since? I have no clue what brand it is...!

I have a 900D and it's a similar machine.  The default needle position is far left, which drives me crazy.  Stupid question but did you try moving the needle position to the middle or right?

How do I do that? Im not sure I know how to do that.

I don't have this machine, but suggest that you try looking at your LCD screen.  There should be a function on there that controls stitch length and needle position.
