I would like to know too! I bet it's not an online source, but one that is local or wholesale only. I searched around a bit and could not find anyone who has a similar color chart online.
Let me know if you ever find out.

I drove myself nuts searching for it yesterday. I see it used by several boutiques/online shops so it can't be a big secret lol but i just can't find their source and doubt they'd give it up if asked ya know.

Do you use a tighter tension for the ruffle fluff than you do for the tiers?
Also when using a gathering foot and working from the bottom up how do you make sure your tiers fit.  Since you can't adjust the gathers like hand gathering?

Yes, I do use a tighter tension for the ruffle fluff. For the other layers, I use a 2:1 ratio. I know about how much my foot gathers so I did the math and cut accordingly.

You can adjust the gathers a little even when using a gathering foot. I can pull at the gathers and if worse comes to worse, even break the thread in some places to loosen the gathers. Most of the time, I have no trouble getting the layers to fit.

I am trying to order fabric for a black skirt with a fushia ruffle. I am making this for my 5/6 yr old. How much should I order of each? Approximately? I figure I will order extra of each anyway, but would like a somewhat guess! Thanks
