I need help finding a pattern for this hat!!

For Halloween I'm dressing up as Stan from this strange Sci Fi show, he has this hat that looks very much like a chef skull cap/beanie like this: http://www.happychefuniforms.com/800-347-0288/order.cfm?ProductID=219&Ref=Category, but in red. I'm having the worst time trying to find a pattern for this hat. I only have a week to find a store in POrtland, Oregon that has this type of hat or make it myself. I'm getting desperate and I really need some help, it's much appreciated! Thanks!!
