Kit, Chloe & Louise dolls pattern review

I've been admiring the dolls made from the Kit, Chloe & Louise pattern from Wee Wonderfuls.

Has anyone used this pattern?  Could a determined beginner sewing complete them?  I'm not sure how to gauge the difficulty level of this project.

Since there is alot of hand sewing, I would advise you to try her free patterns first. This will test your skills and give  you some practice before tackling the dolls.
If you are comfortable sewing her free patterns, then I say go ahead and try those dolls. It's a wonderful pattern and I'm sure you will not regret the time and energy you put in to them.
