    I would like to make some wet bags for the pool users in the community.  I have purchased some PUL for the interior and wonder if I could use regular cotton for the outside or if I need to buy laminated cotton.

    What do you think?

      No, I don't think the laminated cotton is necessary. Here is a link to a discussion about using PUL and regular cotton to make some bags: http://www.diaperswappers.com/forum/showthread.php?t=346587
