What can't you wait to sew in 2010?

I too purchased the AB lotus tunic pattern. I even went as far as to purchase the exact fabric that is on the pattern cover.  I have never done that before.  I oh so want to make it and look as cute as the model in the picture.  Reality check, I know.  I will make it this spring.  I will.  I've heard there may be fit issues with it.  Read the reviews on Pattern Review,

I just finished The I'll have one of everything bag from Anna Maria Horner's Seams to Me book. I'm eagerly awaiting the arrival of One Yard Wonders and I Heart Patchwork for my next laundry list of projects!

OOO, I'd love to see pics!

The AB Weekender bag is definitely on my list of things to at least attempt this year.  I've done major searches and read oodles of blog posts on it.  I fear that once I make one, I'll have to make one for all the womenfolk in my family.

My nearly 4 year old daughter thinks I should make her a blanket and a purse and a skirt and about a dozen other things.

First up is a set of placemats and a matching apron for my mom, though.

I very badly want an Advent Calendar for next Christmas, but I don't know how I'm going to do it.

Other than that, I can't wait to push out some clothes for my little girl!  The couple pieces I have made were relatively easy and just too darn cute!

I just saw One Yard Wonders for the first time today - that will be number one on the list.  I'm trying to use up some of my fabric so I can buy more so I'm planning a bunch of aprons - then I have next year's Christmas done too.  I'm finally getting comfortable enough sewing that it goes fast and is enjoyable so I might do some garments too....

Since I just finished my first quilt and loved it, I have 2 sewing goals for this year....sew a large quilt for our bed (using Oh, Fransson's Mixtape Quilt Pattern), and sew aprons from this amazing fabric I've been holding on to for years that has cooking dragons on it.

I'd love to finish my first quilt for my son.  I'd hoped to have it ready by the time he moved into a twin bed, but that was last week.   Sad  Good luck to everyone on their wish lists!
