textured fleece?

I was looking to try to make a jacket like this:

Does anyone have any idea if it is possible to find fabric like this?  If so, do you think it would be terribly hard to sew on?

You should be able to find something like this at your local craft store- it might be called fleece fur or something like that.
The tricky part to sewing with this stuff is it's thickness, but I don't think it should give you any more trouble than the regular fleece. Pin carefully and try to use a walking foot if you have one.
