Denyse Schmidt Patchwork Promenade?

Does anyone know where I can still find Denyse Schmidt's "County Fair, Patchwork Promenade" print?? My sister is in love with it, and wants me to make a quilt for her with this "cheater" fabric.

Alternately, could I replicate the print using (for example) Oh, Fransson's Scrappy Hedgerow tutorial?
