Smiley I am!  Sitting here eyeing my stash and wondering if I should hit up Gina's today or wait and chance being snowed in for her sale tomorrow.  The sky is looking gray enough that I'm leaning toward going today.  I'm making Valentine's day skirts for my daughter and a friend and don't really have the right fabric to finish them off.

I mostly sew children's clothes but I'm starting to get into other things.  What do you do?

I'm from Knoxville!   And, in light of the Gina's sale continuing through the week, am heading on Wednesday!  Anybody know of any sewing groups in Knoxville now?  I live off Broadway near Old North, but wouldn't mind going to other parts of Knoxville either.  We're out west a lot.

To answer your question-I also sew a lot of children's clothes and crafts.  In fact, I just finished a Valentine's dress for my one year old, and have smocked an apron but not finished it for my 3 year old.  I have the I-could-make-that-myself disease, so I always have a lot of projects that need working on!

Yay!  I'm very close to you, aksprinkle.  I'm in North Knoxville near Merchants.  There are a few sit and sew groups that meet.  There is one at Cat Lovers Quilting on Clinton Hwy.  I don't recall if that is weekly or monthly.
