i'm in tampa - what kind of sewing group are you looking to start?  i may be interested!

I'm also in the Tampa area. Would love to meet other sewing types in the area!

I do mostly quilting (beginner) and bags, home decor kind of stuff.  not too many clothes, although that is something I'd like to do more of.  I started a Ning group...

I'm a newbie quilter and have also started getting interested in bag-making. In the past I've mostly stuck with making stuff for my kiddos (dolls, clothes, etc.) Been sewing just under 2 years.

Maybe we could meet at a YMCA? Other than that I have no suggestions. Hope we can get something figured out!

I'll call around on Monday and see if I can find someplace ot meet.  I know our scout troop sometimes meets at the library so that might be an option.  just have to make sure there are enough plugs. I'll let you know what I find out.
