clerical shirt pattern

    I am trying to find a clerical shirt pattern.  I found reference for Simplicity's No. 7187, which is no longer available on their site, and can find no other sources in my web search.  I have two sons-in-law in ministry and would like to make their shirts for them.  Any sources known for a pattern?  Thanks.
