      Hello!  I just discovered this forum.  I live in OC as well.  Looking forward to what looks like a nice sewing forum.

          Do you guys know about the Southern Cal Quilters run, this weekend and next?

          Now I'm not a quilter, though I do love some quilting fabric and am always looking for "real" ways to use it.  I wandered into my nearest quilt shop on Friday and discovered this event.

          Very fun.  You get a bingo type of sheet, addresses of all So Cal shops.  Each shop has a unique charm and a quilt square pattern they give you.  A lot of people in the store, very fun. 

          I will hit some more stores today.

              Hi.  I'm from OC too.  I'm trying to find a good fabric store, that carries Patty Young, Sandi Henderson type of stuff.  Know of any?
