I have just completed a tutorial for what I am calling the Ultimate Wallet. This wallet has a separate compartment for notes, plenty of pockets including card slots and a separate zippered coin purse. The whole wallet measures 4.5 by 4.5 inches when it is closed and 4.5 by 11 inches when open. I have done a tutorial with pictures which is on my blog for free:
