Slanty Bottom?

I am having a terrible time with pieces 5 and 6. It doesn't seem like the bottom should angle up from center to seam line but I have printed and pasted three different times and it always comes out slanted, longer in the center front than at the side seam.
   Is this correct?

It should be straight. The design is pretty simple. Maybe you could just draw it in straight? I think It will work.
