Newbie to SMS...Hello...

I just bought off HSN the Singer Stylist II and the singer stylist II Serger....
I am a basic sewer, who has only sewn a few clothes from patterns, but do more of crafts, curtains, quilts, etc...
I was wondering if anyone here has ever seen or possibly owns the Singer Stylist II machines...
I JUST received via UPS 2 days ago and am now in waiting for my sewing cabinet to arrive so I can have a nice little place tucked away from me in my PC room....However, I did fire it up and try it out and so far I love it.
My previous machine, a basic 12 stitch Brother, will be donated to my DIL as she is from Germany and her's has the 220 plug which she has been unable to use...my grand daughter will be entering middle school soon and thought my basic machine would be a great starter machine for her to learn on as well as my Singer Tiny Serger that I am also giving to her.
Anyway...I will be strolling through all the boards and seeing what all is here. Am excited to start some sewing projects and getting to know everyone here.
