Roman Blind

Fed up with my girls pulling their curtains off the hooks, I decided a new roman blind was a good idea!

They weren't difficult as such,  it's basically just a rectangle with long thing pockets stitched on.  It just required a lot of measuring and checking to make sure the pockets for the dowel rods were straight and evenly spaced!   

Nice job!  I've made many many roman blinds.  You're right they aren't hard, it's all in the measuring.

That roman blind looks very well made, wish I could do that.  I have bought some off this company roman blinds in the past and been very happy with the quality and excellent value for money.  Just thought that this was worth a mention in case anyone here is thinking of making any blinds for themselves, might be a lot easier as they also deliver worldwide.
