Singer 7470 vs. Husqvarna Viking 183

    Singer 7470 vs. Husqvarna Viking 183

    So, I'm currently debating between the 2 machines. I know... I know.... its kinda apples and oranges. They seem pretty much the same as far as capability right? Anyone have any opinions? I know the Husqvarna is pricier than the singer and I'm prepared for that. I just don't want to get on or the other and be disapointed.

      Personally, I like the feel and quality of a Viking better than the new Singers. Have you tried sewing on either one?

      Actually sitting down and playing around with both machines may be the most helpful decision maker.

        I am generally more impressed with Viking vs Singer these days..  but if they are at differnt places look at warranty and service as part of the package.. it's important.
