Kona Cotton vs... well, others

    Kona Cotton vs... well, others
    on: July 09, 2010, 08:10:34 PM
    Hi there,
I see many bloggers are devoted to Michael Kaufman's Kona cotton.  Several times I've bought Wendover cotton, right next to the Kona, and I didn't notice a difference, except for price.  What are the differences between Wendover, Kona & Broadcloth?   Is Kona superior?

    Thanks ya'll!

I don't know what Wendover cotton is - I use kona because it is the only 100 percent cotton I can purchase in solid colors in the area I live.

Personally, I think Kona washes up nicely. Broadcloth feels a little rougher and stiff.
I haven't had any experience with the Wendover cotton so I can't comment on that fabric.
My personal favorites are the Bella solids. They seem to wash the best as well as have the colors I prefer.
